If until now in a Puma store just to buy shirts and sports shoes, soon you can buy even mobile phones. Over only five days, most likely in the Mobile World Congress, the company will present its first phone Puma – Puma Phone, feature dedicated amateur jogging and hiking. Include: GPS, Bike Training, Running, pedometer, stopwatch. So far nothing special, but also adds an interesting element gadget – solar panel. I am still trying to understand where the Javelin fits into the whole BlackBerry product line but I guess I will stay in the dark for now. Chris of Engadget Mobile scored some shots of a dummy BlackBerry Javelin that look authentic. It looks very similar to the Bold with one major thing missing: 3G.

RIM does tack on a 3.2 megapixel camera but if the 2MP camera on the curve is any indication the quality will still suck. It is supposed to have a nice screen but other than that I don’t see why they would come up with this device AFTER they release the Bold?
