Nokia promises smartphone with Symbian about 100 euro

While Samsung, Sony Ericsson, HTC and others have announced several new models, Nokia has assisted passive to show at Mobile World Congress 2010. Quite bizarre, the Finns have not even come with a new phone. Instead they came with a promise: cheap smartphones.
Those from Nokia, by Lee Williams, head of the Symbian Foundation, I promise that will get the smartphone market, which will cost only 100 euros. These devices will run Symbian ^ 3.
More information was not made public. Only that will be more such terminals and will be released even this year.

Samsung is hitting the Symbian hard as of late, more specifically the S60 flavor of Symbian. They have announced today a new S60 powered slider, which has affectionately been dubbed the SGH-L870. The device has a extensive feature sheet behind it, just as you would expect from any S60 powered smart phone.

The HAVA Mobile Player gives HAVA owners the ability to watch and control all of their home television channels and services from anywhere in the world on a mobile device.

The HAVA Mobile Player for S60 was designed for seamless integration with Nokia’s unique two-way slider multimedia devices allowing viewers to toggle between portrait and full-screen landscape mode at the slide of the screen.

S-Series Mobile Concept

Now we know S-Series Mobile Concept is pretty old news but I just want to put in perspective which is pretty much blooming annoying that designers give us such futuristic looking mobile handsets but never go on the idea of putting them into production

I have also posted this for those who have never seen this concept phone. Ok there are similar looking mobile phones that look like this but not with the materials used in this one which are Black Acrylic Surround, Brushed Aluminium Buttons and lovely looking Bamboo.
