Korean people buy 200.000 Samsung Galaxy S in just 10 days.Samsung says it’s because the Galaxy S is better tailored to the South Korean market than some of its competitors, like, say, the Apple iPhone 3GS.

Back in May, Google announced the imminent release of Android 2.2, codenamed Froyo, to great fanfare. Nokia has launched its first C-series phone – the C5 – in India. The phone is currently available at Nokia Priority dealers for approximately 8,200 INR and will be available across normal retail outlets later this week.

The Indian government has determined that BlackBerry email services and Skype are potential threats to security. India requested that RIM and the BlackBerry service provide a way to monitor traffic on the BlackBerry network to negate security risks posed by individuals communicating directly.
This form of direct unmonitored communication is thought to be a high risk by the intelligence service, allowing terrorists a method to communicate and further their goals, without worry of interception.

Motorola FlipOut is an interesting Android phone.Already announced for O2 and Vodafone Germany, the FlipOut will also be released in the UK, and it looks like Orange is the first carrier to offer it.
Orange will sell the Motorola FlipOut both on pay as you go and pay monthly.Pricing details of FlipOut are not available yet.
