Back in May, Google announced the imminent release of Android 2.2, codenamed Froyo, to great fanfare. Froyo brought with it JIT compiler that gives increased speed to the Android platform and applications, updates to the Google search bar and launcher, built in tethering, support for installing apps on the SD card, and all kinds of other tweaks and improvements.

Motorola FlipOut is an interesting Android phone.Already announced for O2 and Vodafone Germany, the FlipOut will also be released in the UK, and it looks like Orange is the first carrier to offer it.

Orange will sell the Motorola FlipOut both on pay as you go and pay monthly.Pricing details of FlipOut are not available yet.

Eric Schmidt boss from Google say that is possible to stop Nexus One from manufactury.He treated the device as a one-off project to spur on Android hardware sales and claimed it was successful. The Desire, Droid Incredible and Evo 4G were all offshoots of the Nexus One.

After two years of  the news, FireFox mobile is now available for download in its full version. That’s the good part. The version is only compatible with the Nokia N900 which isn’t even available locally in Canada. Be that as it may, this is still a major milestone for the company who has been working on this particular project for the longest time.

MWC 2010 HTC has used to announce a number of phones in November. These and HTC Legend, factual and legal successor of HTC’s Hero.

With minor differences, HTC Legend takes his predecessor design. One distinction is the optical trackpad which took place at the HTC Hero existing wheel. Another difference is that HTC Legend is built from a single piece of aluminum. This is shown by the manufacturer and in the video below.

Beyond the technical facilities construction and not very spectacular, HTC Legend is leading a high quality AMOLED screen. In the smartphone operating system behind Google’s Android 2.1 Obviously, the main graphical interface is HTC Sense.
