It was just a scant few days ago that we saw the first live pictures of the upcoming Verizon Wireless VX9600 Versa. Now we have a tentative release date for all you folks excited to see this modular LG Dare-Voyager hybrid hit the market. According to Best Buy Mobile’s inventory system, the LG VX9600 is slated for release on February 22, 2009. You can expect it to hit Verizon Wireless stores and website around the same time. Whether this modular phone will wow us with its “versatility” or be a good idea gone bad remains to be seen but at least we now know how long we have to wait to find out.
The Alltel LG AX300 is now available. The Alltel LG AX300 is a brand new stylish & compact phone available at the carrier. The new handset only costs $0.99 after rebates and 2 year agreement, so it’s hard to beat that. Of course, you can’t expect the best phone for $1, so it is a pretty basic handset.

- Celltop ready
- GPS capable & it is BREW enabled.
The LG model, it’s all well and good the Secret has a touchscreen and that sweet DivX-capable 5 megapixel camera, but making a viral video that can only be described as early-90s softcore voodoo porn and ends with a sheepish phone call from the dude’s mother is probably not the best way to highlight those qualities.
LG has announced the launch of their two types of music phones – the LG KM710 and LG KM380 – in Asia, Latin America, the Middle East and Africa.
The LG enV2 has seen some nice, cosmetic improvements, and these might be just enough to tip the scales from a phone we didn’t like very much to one we’d actually recommend.
If you missed out the LG Rumor the last time around because green ain’t your thing, is no problem, Sprint has added another color to the LG Rumor, this time a cool blue to give it a summer kick.
The ‘LG Viewty’ is a 5.0MP camera phone of LG Mobile, includes features like manual focus option, image stabilizer and ISO 800 for indoor or night shooting.
The phone also records video at up to 120 frames per second, the highest frame speed ever for a handset camera, which can be edited and uploaded directly to YouTube. A full LCD touch screen and Mobile XD engine provide a wider and more vivid display while a jog wheel on the back maximizes usability.

LG and Samsung will propose their jointly developed technology as the North American technology standard for mobile DTV. Samsung and LG held a signing ceremony at Seoul Plaza Hotel in Seoul, Korea, on 14.06.2008. At the ceremony, the two companies agreed to cooperate in order to assure rapid adoption by the Advanced Television Systems Committee (ATSC) of a single common in-band mobile DTV standard.
