According to Greg Milligan, the Microsoft Canada Mobility Solutions manager, the Windows Phone 7 launch will be simultaneous and will includes devices from HTC, Samsung, and LG.

Internet Access Via Mobile Phones Used by 227 Million Chinese

Apparently China doesn’t make any of the software that runs on computers albeit manufacturing most of them as the software is usually supplied by the likes of Microsoft and Apple, but if they need to outsource they usually turn to India.

According to the China Internet Network Information Centre there are roughly 277 million Chinese using a mobile phone, and that over half of China’s computer users don’t own a computer but access the internet via their mobile handset.

Microsoft announced a presentation event for the new Internet Explorer browser that is scheduled on September 15 when Internet Explorer will be officially released version of IE Beta 9. The screen capture shows a sleeker, less cluttered, dare we say more mature, version of IE. When contacted for comment, the company had this to say: “Microsoft is encouraged by the early enthusiasm around Internet Explorer 9; we have nothing further to share about Internet Explorer 9 at this time.”

For longer time to fill the big upgrade, Windows Mobile 7, Microsoft has also prepared a version. It is 6.5.3, version that has already been announced for some terminals. An example would be Sony Ericsson Aspen.
