Samsung has announced a new phone, Samsung S5620 and Monte, the company intends to present at the event in Barcelona.

3 inch LCD screen, 3.2 MP camera, wireless option and microSD card slot up to 16GB are just some of the arguments that Monte uses to attract young people. The phone is focused on socialization and has applications for Facebook, MySpace, Twitter, Bebo and other instant messaging networks.

Web browsing is improved by the existence of the accelerometer that rotates the picture with your phone. Monte includes support for Google’s GPS Latitude, as well as Exchange ActiveSync and GoogleSync.

Price was not mentioned, but Sony will have time to present the phone in detail and provides information on the marketing of the Mobile World Congress which will take place in Barcelona between 15-18 February.
